I figured Carlisle was coming in since he left about $17 million on the table by quitting in Dallas so you figured he must have something lined up. Plus the fact that Stevens said his preference was bringing in somebody with NBA coaching experience. I am happy about the hire since Udoka seems to be well respected and learning under Pops for 7 seasons can't hurt.
