The last time he was in the playoffs was 2006. He scored in game 5 against the Canes. His goal less streak was a whole 5 playoff games.

I by the way i think Eaves is going to get a new contract the way he's been playing. Overall he's been a great addition to the team since last year everytime he is on the ice. He's like the ultimate utility player .

Also our 2nd and 3rd defense pairs have been very good. Klingberg and Goose have not been but having 6 top4 defenseman can somewhat make up for a lacking top pair.

Yeah, Demers and Russell were excellent last night.

Given the struggles of Klingberg and Goligoski, it might be time to consider some minute reallocation on the blue-line, at least until Klingberg can re-find his game.

Just saw the highlights. Loved the Hemsky slapper on the powerplay. First playoff goal in 10 years because he was out so many years. He was a great playoff performer for the Oilers in '06.
