Probably wouldn't, but after back to back losses to Buffalo and Vancouver some folks are cliffjumping. That it's showing up here on the trade mains in the form of absurd selloff deals is part of how we know we've made it as a fanbase.
Reinhart is a natural C that like Galchenyuk hasn't gotten much of a chance.
Again is a duel citizen with family in Georgia where he loves it I've heard in multiple interviews. Nothing wrong with being American and Canadian...

PLB is a dual citizen. His mother is from Atlanta originally.
His father Eric is from Moncton, and played about a dozen years as a pro, but no NHL games.

on the surface its not a bad deal but the Blue Jacket players are seriously underperforming this year

Pretty close, but I"d take out Kane and Reinhart and add Moulson and Pominville.
Reinhart also hasn't been a Bylsma guy or a Housley guy thus far... Maybe he needs a guy like Torts chewing on him to keep him hungry??? Some guys thrive on that "terror coach" stuff...

If Reinhart is traded defense is coming back.
Buffao has Mittlestadt as a 2C which is why buffalo could trade Reinhart.
Next year those two likely cost more than signed Kane and reinhart

Honestly what do u think is closer to fair:
Kane + Reinhart for Stajan + Brouwer
or
Moulson + Pominville for Stajan + Brouwer
Maybe both are bad, but one is in the ballpark. The other is outside the Milky Way and on the outskirts of Andromeda.
