Jackets' Carson Meyer working back to health after tapeworm

Throughout last season, Carson Meyer felt terrible on and off the ice.
His game had suffered.
He was tired all of the time.
His appetite was gone and he was losing an unhealthy amount of weight.
No one could figure it out.
In February, however, Meyer’s problem came to light: He had a tapeworm living inside of him.
Last month, Meyer and his mother, Holly, told The Athletic that the 25-inch parasite came out of Meyer in a routine trip to the bathroom.
