Matthews is overpaid and on his way to Arizona as a UFA in 4 1/2 years.

Caulfield has the potential to be a better scorer than Matthews. Primeau might be real good. Domi 's career high in points is only one of Matthews.

Don't get me wrong AM34 is a great player(better than any of the 3 going the other way) but IMO he is no better today than he was as a rookie. Still has growing up to do, is way overpaid and a flight risk when contract is up. I would not make that trade.
