Not the prettiest of games but a win is a win. Boys gutted out a solid effort after a slow start. Campbell dialed in. Little bit of good luck on the missed call on Hughes. Definitely a missed double minor that gave the boys life. Love the unselfish play by Kane at the end.

Lost in all the Soup, McDrai love is that Hyman is an absolute beast. The guy just does everything so damn well, what a steal of a contract. I thought Nurse had a great second half of the game, need a lot more of that from him.

I know the Canucks were missing a few players, but they played like a 9/10 game for the team they had, plus were gifted way too many PPs, and they lost to a 5/10 from the Oilers.

Campbell first star by a mile other than looking like Koskinen on that Miller goal. Hyman the only other guy who started the season on time, was good throughout.

Canucks had wide open looks all game because the Oilers were throwing the puck away and losing every board battle. Real bad 5 on 5 effort most of the night.
