Callahan must be the most biased national commentator on ESPN, and SN is no better, as they beat the Leafs so now they are darlings on both sides of the border. So dumb.

Atleast I was dreaming of having a TNT « home » broadcasting-crew on Friday…

That’s my only wish after having to watch through those two putrids Edwardsy-quality shows ESPN pulled out for our first two home games in the second round…

That Casey Affleck commented video as intro to this series really rubbed me the wrong way !

Now if we may have Messier and Gretz praising and complimenting the play of our Chezsky-lead team, I’ll be more than a happy camper… Add a little shitting on that baboon Bissonnette and it’s all gravy…

f*** ESPN !

f*** the Broons !!

:madfire:

LFG PANTHERSSSS !!!

:fight:

This was the momment, Yes, this is it, the momment when I knew the Brooms were defeated, the frustration not to be able to do anything about it, the harder they tried, the worst it got for them.

Pasta has been kept quiet lately but im sure hes lookin for a big response at home, hopefully we can keep him bottled up.
Weird so far weve had two blowouts from each team and each of their big guns are quiet

also totally love how we shut down their offense from the defense first, instead of hoping bob bails them out. If we play like that and bobs locked in, only team that even has a chance are the Avs, who are gonna be a struggle to shutdown. We did shut them out 4-0 and massively outscored them at home, but they turned on a different gear.
But first gotta get past the bruins and then probably the new york powerplays

Yes, but only half of Bennett.
were just getting Benn tonight

Barkov is definitely one of the Panther’s big guns.

he is but was more of talkin about reinhart-chucky-swaggy in terms of playoff scoring

But barkov is a total different animal so far, weve been begging for him to do this for years, so nice to see it. Hes one goal short of last years playoffs total already

crazy to think that the team has arrived at this level where the core of the roster is that good that you can imagine having these conversations every spring for the next x years. helps that we have total confidence in the GM to manage the roster in a way that keeps the window open for as long as possible.

may not win it this year or next (or at all) but it's fun to be in the discussion.

The Chucky trade completed altered our future. It changed the dynamic of the team, and prolonged our window. Has to be the most impactful trade in our history.

It didn't change the style of play that much since they played (more or less) like this even when Q was the coach. It did however allow the Panthers to trade a marquee player who wasn't committed to winning for a player who was.
