Philly is coming off a 0-0 game (1-0 win with a shootout) against the Islanders, but most of that was due to the Islanders blocking all their shots (which the Canes don't do)

Surprisingly, the best option for tonight might be to take a bunch of penalties, because they don't score on the power play. Only have 5 PPGs on the year, and 2 of them came in the same game. Of course, saying that, we did give up 4 PPGs not too long ago, so...

Also, it's on ESPN, so no Bally.
