Our season opening four game losing streaks is already more games that we have lost in a row than we did all of last year when we lost three games a row on (I think) three separate occasions.

In the last minute of the period, Bellemare scores a short-handed goal to equal our goal total for the year coming into this game. Feels good, man.

Joey Daccord has been playing fantastic for us this year.

So far so good. And yes, Daccord has been solid.

Daccord stops 18 of 19 shots that period. He looks very comfortable doing it, too.

Bottom 6 had an amazing final 10 minutes of that period, followed by the top line + Larsson getting beat to every puck, losing every 50/50, coughing up horrible giveaways (Beniers x 2) and taking “no effort” penalties (Larsson). Top players need to get their heads out their asses, Carolina is a dangerous team.

Dumullion has looked solid tonight. Was not terribly thrilled with his signing coming from the Pens. Has not looked good up until tonight imo. Good effort by the Kraken against a better team.
