Early picks by Ten in recent years were Burks, Farley, and big time bust in Wilson the OT the past 3 drafts.

To be fair to Ossenfort. He wasn't hired by the Titans until after the 2020 draft. Aka, he wasn't there when they picked Isiah Wilson. But Farley looks like a bust at this point. Though he was a high risk/high reward pick at the time. They just accepted the risk.

And it's too early for Burks, the QB turmoil for the Titans was hell on their whole receiving core.

Farley, it was his injury history that scared teams. If healthy, he'd be up there among the top CB's taken in the draft.
If Ten rolls into 2023 with Willis as their QB, think they are in line for a top pick in the 2024 draft. Tanny, likely out the door since he'll only stay if he gets guaranteed money that essentially locks him into the starter role at over $30 mill like Cousins has been able to do.
