There was nothing horrendous ever about Riley Nash.

You can definitely win in this league with him playing 10 to 15 minutes a night.

Except when you're the Canes you get rid of him because you don't have a #1 line and you have to blame somebody

Reily was a perfectly good #4 C that can actually fill in as the #3 nicely in a pinch. That's a hell of a lot better then the options we've used to replace him since then. Of course the problem was we wanted him to be a #3 (or even #2) when in all reality he's just a pretty good #4.
