The power play has been putrid garbage since last year, some blame is to the coaching but the players are just stagnant has hell

Good coaching should be able to produce a better power play given the level of talent on our first unit. They generate few shots, pass the puck continually around the perimeter and do not pressure the opposition with quick determined play.

I grant you it is the olayers conducting themselves that way. But the coaching has allowed it to stagnate to this degree.
