Glad to have him back. He's one of those guys who is either a top-end AHLer, or if you have to...you can definitely play him on an NHL 4th line and not really hurt for it. One of those nice "physically gifted high upside" prospects come good stories. Except...he found a niche entirely different from the expected. Usually pretty rare to see that, but it makes for interesting veteran depth. Can be useful to the young guys too, showing that just being a highly touted prospect at one point doesn't mean you're gonna make it as an NHL star. It's hard work, grinding, details that make the difference sometimes.
