Best takeaway from the game was that we were able to quietly put away a team that was a level or two below us, even down a goal.

Some luck that Saros wasn't in net but still able to fight through the bad ice and weird reffing.

Demko figured it out after the 1st. Great 3rd period by him.
I thought it was good to separate Hughes and Hronek there. Lets see what he can do on his own before giving him some insane amount of money.
Sitting Miller was awesome. I can't remember previous coaches doing that. And guess what, plays a good 3rd and gets rewarded.
I hope Garland gets rewarded soon, I think he's playing fine, not sure why people are bagging on him. Same with Beau. I wish we had a really good 3rd line centre, hopefully Raty picks it up soon and trends towards that player.
