Random game thoughts:

-Please no more Cole/Myers duo

-Not sure if Blueger is going to bring the offense some hoped. Might be getting 2022-23 Blueger, ie strictly a defensive guy

-Miller with a PP clinic tonight, aside from the Kuzmenko shot. Hopefully Kuz is alright

-Thought Dobson was absolutely excellent.. and then had some really bad penalties

-Barzal looked extremely dangerous all night

-Fun game with some good chances, the Horvat stuff, and a wide-open OT

-No idea how sustainable this kind of stuff is. 3ppg & a 3on3 winner. But hey, enjoy the ride for now and just keep stacking points

That fake turnaround then pass by Miller was one of the nastiest passes I’ve seen

Despite JT Miller taking his contract, Hronek taking his roster spot, and Hughes taking his captaincy, Horvat had a pretty good game.

Canucks weathered the storm and had a positive ref outting to escape this. Need better performance from the D overall, and hopefully Petey and especially Kuzy aren't hurting too bad.
