Utanen is a guy playing regularly in a men's league at 18 and who will be at the WJCs next year. Not a lot of talent that pops, but is probably the best option. After that ... Focht?

IMO he doesn't belong in the top-20. Jasek and Utunen are easily ahead. Rafferty and Teves are better bets to make the NHL. And I'm decently high on Plasek too.
