Loved McGinn tonight, and offering your face to stop a puck when the game is on the line is a really good way to make someone like me forget some of Faulk’s warts.

Yeah, Faulk was solid tonight. Slavin was great, but he and Dougie both made some bad plays giving up odd man rushes leading to a penalty and a goal.

A very typical game for this season. They looked good throughout the game but need an astounding amount of work to get a goal. Mrazek played well.

Detroit had some quality chances WPG, TB, and COL would score from and we'd be looking at OT or 1 goal loss.

Overall still promising and enjoyable to watch the 5v5 dominance. Detroit is total s hit though.

That was a very impressive performance out of your boys. I know the Wings are not very good, but full marks to Carolina, they flat out dominated in a way that you don't see often in the NHL. The puck support was unbelievable.

Still need to find a way to finish on a few more of our shots even to get back to league average shooting. BUT tonight we saw our PK% improve, PP% improve, SV% improve, and surprisingly our Shooting% improve.
