It was a pain last night and Rogers didn’t even acknowledge any message from me, great customer service. Apple, however, were very helpful within minutes of my message. Son was watching ok on his PS4 but I couldn’t see anything until 2030 on my Apple devices. Thankfully tonight it’s on SNW for me here in Calgary. Good luck getting any sense out of Rogers
