Very difficult to say for sure right now does Seppälä be first rounder or not.
But if i have to predict i would say NO.

Kasper Simontaival is probably only under 5'10 tall Finn who has chance to go 1st round.
Also Veeti Miettinen and Roni Hirvonen are both potential first rounders and 5'9 tall.
But will they go 1st round ? probably no.

What comes to Seppälä he might get drafted but not in first 2 rounds.
He could be anything between rounds 3 to 7 but a lot depends his draft season in WHL and U18 WJC's.
There is also chance for that Seppälä could end up undrafted too that small size is absolutely a concern.
