I coached dylan in the first stages of his hockey career in the south shore of nova scotia and it was very evident that he was a natural. In novice we had to put him with Atom A as an under-ager where he still led the league in points. As he progressed he just kept getting better and standing out, he built this overall awareness of whats happening on ice that most players never attain. Dylan is the standing example of humility and teamwork, his idle is Toews which doesn't surprise as he plays like him and conducts himself with proper form and respect like him. Dylan is something to watch out for.

"Andrews is an energetic forechecking forward who, in limited minutes, showcased fluid skating abilities and an enthusiasm to disturb the peace of defenders. He flew around the ice smoothly, which allowed him to arrive first on loose pucks and put rapid pressure on breakouts. He delivered some good hits, but most of his takeaways actually came as he intercepted passes mid-ice. Andrews was present defensively, although his positioning and reads were shaky. He actually impressed on zone breakouts with very effective, accurate outlets. Outside of a few quick shots and basic cycle passes, Andrews didn’t showcase much on the offensive side of things. He filled his restricted, forechecking role well, but simply did not display an elite trait that would make him NHL draft bound. I would be curious to see what he could do with more ice time."
