Good stats with 16 goals and 26 assists=42 points in 58 games. 24 year old center. Is he good enough to play in the NHL?

Probably that player on that certain level where he'd have a lot of competition in NA. He's also probably not any good for the bottom 6 role. Would probably face the same difficulties like Plotnikov. Lokomotiv has developed quite a formidable core of home grown talent and they keep coming up. But let's not go overboard with branding them all top notch. The reason Lokomotov is having that record breaking season is patience with their youth and cohesion hey have after developing in the system for many years. There might be a gem among their youngsters, but I think a lot of them wouldn't perform at the same level with another team. Right know I don't see that special guy among them. They are all good players though.
Averin, Apalkov, Kapustin, Gavrikov, Korshkov, Loktionov, Lyubushkin, Rafikov, Romnatsev, Kartaev, Kraskovskiy - that's a very impressive list of home grown young players on their roster.
