C Brett Olson - Spruce Grove Saints U15 AAA, AEHL (2026 Draft)

Expected to be a top 3, likely 1st pick in next years bantam draft and should play at NAX next year. Had a dominant 1st bantam year being 3rd in league scoring and similar numbers as Nate Danielson but a year younger. Really smart center who can play both a speed or possession style and is a impact player in all zones. Well rounded skillset already with no weakness, being compared to Nolan Patrick by some(pre injury). Hopefully stays healthy and should be fun following him in his draft year vs Kosick and the other 08s who will challenge him for 1st.

His season has since rebounded. Still in conversation for first overall in the upcoming WHL draft for sure.

Of note - was the only ‘08 born player selected to play for Team Alberta at the CWG. Should be an awesome opportunity to scout some games.
