Aleksi Heponiemi kaksivuotisella sopimuksella Kärppiin – Tino Metsävainio try-outille
Signed with Kärpät for 2 years.
I assume this was with discussion with the Panthers as best for his development. But curious he didn't even want to try out at camp first?
He's physically too immature to play in the NHL yet, it showed at the U-20 WJC. Depending on how much muscle he can pick up during the summer, he might play wing with Kärpät.
Not that I believe he would make it out of the training camp this year, but if he would I assume that his contract with Karpat includes an NHL clause that in such situation lets him play for the Panthers.I assume this was with discussion with the Panthers as best for his development. Does it say in the article if he has an out clause at all incase they think he progresses fast enough in one year instead of two?

Why a new thread? This was just fine.Continue the talk here -> http://hfboards.mandatory.com/forums/nhl-draft-prospects.2/create-thread
There was not any need to make a new one? If you have a problem with the old thread title, just can tell it to the OP instead of doing a new thread because there was something you didn't like about it.Why not?
Why not?

No, it just really does not. Petan for example scored 120 points in the WHL before his draft and was picked 43th. Scouts know what to look for in junior players, and the main thing is absolutely not scoring.Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.
Scoring is the most important thing and also predicts success very well. It's the most important thing when determining possible NHL success, the second-most important thing is skating(Which Petan btw lacks). No, it just really does not. I don't agree with anything you just said, so that's that i suppose.Scoring is the most important thing and also predicts success very well. It's the most important thing when determining possible NHL success, the second-most important thing is skating(Which Petan btw lacks).
It's not about disagreeing or agreeing, it's about statistics and studying the past as well as finding patterns. Go take a look at the relation of scoring and becoming an NHL player. But if you have performed statistical analysis and came up with a superior model, I'm all ears. Alex Debrincat is just one player on whom you would have outperformed professional scouts by simply looking at point production and ignoring everything else.I don't agree with anything you just said, so that's that i suppose.
