Why would you move a team from the 5th largest market in the country to the 63rd largest market? That make NO business sense.

I have not see that, only fan created rumors of moving to the #1 tv market NYC/Newark area.

Like I said a few times above, the Sixers will not move from Philly.
They are the only NBA franchise in that city and area-they corner the market.
Yeah, their attendance was atrocious this season and has been for a quite a while since they team has stunk post-Iverson.
Philly is an Eagles town followed by Flyers, then IMO Sixers when they are good.
Phillies was bandwagon city for a few years now back to normal this season in their attendance.

If Harris wants an NBA team in Newark, he could possibly work a deal with the NBA to move the current Sixers franchise to Newark, with another franchise moving to Philly at the same time and keeping the Sixers name and history in Philly.

I doubt he wants an NBA team in Newark anyways, it's more profitable to book concerts and have the flexibility of keeping dates open for the big acts.
