That's actually true and not a butchism. Drawing on the faceoff is fine in the defensive zone.

I love Butch - we're going to miss him when he eventually retires. Sometimes, I'll watch a non Isles game, or the opposing team announcers for an Isles game on NHL.TV. Let me tell you, there are some really bad announcing teams around the NHL. Some teams sound like two grandpas in a nursing home doing the game (I'm talking way less coherent than Butch). We are really lucky.
