If Sabres can find the right 3rd linemates for those top 3 lines that would be great. Somehow to me it just feels like 53/71 bring those lines down a notch although 53 did show some signs of life and 71 got more junk pts.

this seems like a throwback to the 2005 team. i know no one wants to say it yet but there are a lot of similarities between those two groups of players

Thanks brother! We aren't expecting playoffs but it's so great being able to be excited to watch Sabres hockey again. I always hate comparing the bills rebuild to the sabres but it really does have a lot of similarities. One being Dahlin establishing himself as an absolute freak ala JA17.
