Confirmed Trade: [BUF/NYR] Dan Catenacci for Mat Bodie

My understanding is that Catenacci is just stupid fast but can't do anything. Assumptions correct?

Always held out hope he would develop into a Darren Helm-style player but he hasn't put it together in that fashion. His recalls last year weren't bad -- high energy, used his skating, but he also put himself in the position to get hit more than I was comfortable with, especially since he's not the biggest guy.

He's quick but is missing a top gear. He's a poor man's Tyler Ennis if that means anything.
