Keenum is a perfectly ok backup, but he was also something like $8 million cap hit. The Browns just paid him a $1 million roster bonus, so they save the Bills some cash.

Yea it seems like a high cap hit for a backup given the Bills don’t exactly have a ton of free room. Wonder if a restructure is coming to drop the hit.
