The Boston Bruins and Boston Bruins Foundation announced today, December 12, that the proceeds from the 50/50 raffle at the Boston Bruins vs. Buffalo Sabres game at TD Garden on Sunday, December 16 will benefit the family of fallen Worcester firefighter Christopher Roy. A fund has been set up for Roy's daughter, Ava, by the Worcester Firefighters IAFF Local 1009.

Fans in Massachusetts can purchase raffle tickets online now by visiting Bruins5050.org and in game on December 16. The 50/50 raffle runs through the second intermission and the winner is announced during the third period.

Further donations to the Ava Roy Fund can be mailed directly to the Worcester Fire Department Credit Union, 34 Glennie St., Worcester, MA 01605.
