This is a huge momentum game for the Bruins and the Rags as well. Bruins have a real change to put the Rags in a hole early in the season and to start off well themselves. Like I said in the GDT from yesterday, with a matchup against the Isle on Friday, they should hopefully be firing on all cylinders in this game to potentially get 8 points in their first 4 games.

That would be huge in this shortened season.

Gotta give this team a good spanking while they are down. 0-3 start, let Bumquist hear it, Torts job security will be brought up etc etc.

If we play them in the playoffs for the first time in 2 generations it can't be on their super crappy home ice. (Not that ours is great.)

Let the Rangers go back to where they were for about 4 years prior to last of battling for the 8th spot and needing help from other teams to make the playoffs.
