1. Cassidy can still be a quality, successful coach in the NHL.

2. The time for Cassidy to move on from this team may be near.

I can't remember this kind of stuff coming out about a coach and the disconnect in the lockerroom and the coach survives it. It's not a matter of if but when at this point.

It's the wrong player to go to bat for. Grzelcyk has had only one goal over 30 games and been a f***ing disaster for the Bruins' blue line. Patrice looks like an ass for pushing back against criticism of a player who has been a net negative for the team. This kind of behavior makes it apparent that the core players on the Bruins have become too comfortable.

Nope, I can't stand Grzelcyk but this sounds more like Bergeron had enough of Cassidy and his bullshit and finally just said "enough is enough". If this is true Kudos to Bergeron for standing up to a mini bully who is a wimp in Cassidy and standing by a teammate.

Maybe he was showing the whole locker room that you stand up for your teammates unlike this team has for him on the ice

I think you are going completely overboard on something we have no facts about just yet.

Maybe Cassidy went too far and started getting personal with Gryz? Maybe Cassidy said a bunch of unprofessional things? Maybe Bergeron did say something but wasn't yelling at all. Who the f*** knows right now.
