Given his age and health issues, that's not surprising.

Plus, with Palmer likely to retire and breaking in a new QB (Stanton and Gabbert) are not starters, they are backups.

He would be starting from scratch without a real shot of winning the SB. Why come back to finish the last year of your contract under those circumstances?

Browns will at least have an attractive opening this time around, I mean when was the last time anybody said they're interested in coaching the Browns??

I thought he was too old and had health issues. Would be surprised to see him coaching in Cleveland.
