So in a league where there are nowhere near enough decent coaches, a guy who is a top 15 coach leaves just like that.

Given his age and health issues, that's not surprising.

Plus, with Palmer likely to retire and breaking in a new QB (Stanton and Gabbert) are not starters, they are backups.

He would be starting from scratch without a real shot of winning the SB. Why come back to finish the last year of your contract under those circumstances?

Arizona is a rebuild job. No QB, No skill position players except David Johnson. Old O-line.

He would replace Baker Mayfield with Josh Allen.

Browns will at least have an attractive opening this time around, I mean when was the last time anybody said they're interested in coaching the Browns??

Wonder if he’d be up for an OC role?

He couldn't make it work in Tennessee with no QB, I would not leave Pittsburgh for another job like that.

But then again if he fails again he can always get a job as O line coach anywhere. He is the best in NFL.

I thought he was too old and had health issues. Would be surprised to see him coaching in Cleveland.

You think Baker is getting hit now? Just wait until Bruce has constantly doing 5 to 7 step drops on long developing plays.
