Don't worry, you won't get them anyway.
You dont even need to transfer at Jamaica to get here! Course, you do need about 90 minutes of spare time.......

Oh sorry, I forgot you're only interested in crime statistics and stories of shootings in Brooklyn. Thanks Bert.
Why?
He is the one posting useless info. I'm sorry, he is reaching out to reporters, etc. Keeps bumping this for views. People need personal responsibility
TBH, I'm not interested in those either. If I was I would have moved out of NYC years ago.Oh sorry, I forgot you're only interested in crime statistics and stories of shootings in Brooklyn.
I think Steve read the letter to the editor by Larry Penner about the LIRR in “The Island Now” and got triggered again. Why?

Along with what happened last weekend
You mean when 100k people tried leaving the non-upgraded rail station at the same time? How does that represent a hockey situation in any way?Along with what happened last weekend
You know you'd come out -- as long as Snow and Weight are gone,,, you're happy. And if JT signs again with this team, you'll be skipping down the LIE.
Yup, that's a horse of a different color. You mean when 100k people tried leaving the non-upgraded rail station at the same time? How does that represent a hockey situation in any way?

I admit that I got carried away from last weekend's circus at Belmont Park LIRR. But I think a station between Bellerose and Queens Village on the main line (east of the triangle) may be a more realistic compromise, with shuttle trains running between Belmont North and Belmont Park LIRRs on event days, along with regular service between NYC and Belmont Park LIRR
So you’re saying that actually visiting the station is different than drawing conclusions from the LIRR map?Lol
My wife/in laws are from Bellerose. I'm extremely familiar with the station.
I'm begging, please please please stop.

So you're saying that Ronkonkoma is the best spot for the team?
Still a better option than WilletsSo you're saying that Ronkonkoma is the best spot for the team?

So you're going to have people walk from the station on the main line, around the parking lot behind the backstretch, past the track, past Hempstead Turnpike, to the retail district which will be in the current south parking lot. Have people shop there, then carry their purchases back to the LIRR station on the main line, a 15-20 minute walk each way? You're not going to make the folks at NYAP (especially Value Retail) very happy.I admit that I got carried away from last weekend's circus at Belmont Park LIRR. Yep. Because Ronkonkoma has a better chance of being built in my lifetime than Willets Point does.Still a better option than Willets

Let's also not forget that the Islanders rarely sell out games so it won't even be at capacity on most nights. You mean when 100k people tried leaving the non-upgraded rail station at the same time? How does that represent a hockey situation in any way?

Maybe one day you'll visit the area and actually see that what you are now suggesting makes no sense.
