Nice to see Rask playing. Too bad he didnt play yesterday, he had some kind of allergic symptoms.

Keeping my fingers crossed that the Finns want it just a tiny bit more.

Nice to see Rask healthy enough for the game. Not that we would lose because of goaltending even if he wasn't.

2-1 Finland is my prediction. USA lit up preliminary round and QF against teams that didn't play good team D, but struggled when they faced a team that could shut it down. I think they have problems scoring today too, while Finland will find a couple of opportunistic goals.

I hope USA wins in order to help put an end to the stupid "North Americans can't win on the big ice" narrative. Finland will be more motivated, but I am guessing USA wins 3-2.

So Granlund should be centering 1st line from the beginning? I like that. Otherwise it's the same old story. We're huge underdogs but let's hope we can win this for Teemu. Whatever happens it was a great tournament from this team!

I think the USA will show up and win this game. Before yesterdays game against Canada they were being hailed as the toast of the 'village'. One game doesn't make them all of a sudden a bad team. They ran up against a better system yesterday and I fully expect them to come out today and win bronze. They are a great team and better than Finland.

I'd say 3-2 Finland. Granlund, Komarov and Selänne score for Finland. Kesler and Suter for USA.

So not the flu? Seems there is something in the walls there, allergic reactions have been around for Norwegians and Swedes as well.

This will be a great game, the tournaments two most prolific scoring teams meet up both with 20 goals scored. I hope that Finland will be able to solve Quick and win the Bronze.

Yeah. In interview just after Russia game (where Rask was better than in any other game he played during these olympics) Rask said something like "Mild flu didnt distract me too much" IIRC -> so when Rask didnt play yesterday I thought that that flu was worse. But seems like he did have some allergic reactions.

Whats the story with Swedes and Norwegians having allergic reactions? Weird.
