I don't consider a guy like Flynn "depth". Anyone can add a guy like this in half a second.

Expected much less and a two-way deal for this guy.

I watched him a lot while he was in Buffalo. Hes a good player, much better than what we saw in his 10 games dressed in Montreal. He's a number one PK player, and he can eat huge minutes, while being effective. He's a typical all-around player who can come in and play any forward positions at any giving time.

He'll probably be our 13th forward but he can play c-rw and lw when we have an injuries and not suck while doing it.

Bergevin can do more than one thing in a day. It's not like re-signing Flynn means he isn't talking to Galchenyuk or other soon to be UFAs.

I like Flynn. Very underrated. Watched him play for Buffalo a few times. solid player, very well-rounded game. Only major flaw is lack of weight imo
