This was a great fight and Maxwell definitely held his own. One thing about Stan I loved is he didn’t mind eating clean shots to get in his licks.

maxwell rarely fought but when he did he was a tuff customer , great scrap.

Thought Maxwell got in a lot of clean shots early. Surprised that Jonathan was still standing. Iron jaw. People forget about players like Maxwell...very good players who could take care of themselves. Guy Lapointe was another guy who could take of himself if he had to. Curt Giles, Mark Hardy....players rather than fighters, and not blessed with size, but they were tough if they had to be.
