Coming back home after a very positive road trip - check.
Fourth game in six days - check and all with the same goalie - check.
All results yesterday went in our favour - check.
A win would be huge and we would no longer be just the desperate underdogs in the playoff race - check.
Playing against the hottest team in the NHL.

If things go as usual this should be an embarrassing loss.

But we play well against Tampa, so who knows, maybe Ned will have the superhuman week to end all superhuman weeks or our PP will step up or something.

It sucks. He’s literally the one guy who can make everything crash. There’s others who have underperformed.. but can be useful once in a while. Carter is simply a complete net negative.

I don’t know where the narrative comes from that were great against Tampa…early in the season before they care, we’ve beaten them in Tampa…but when the games matter more we haven’t won a lot in recent years

I know our record is good but they never seem to show up against us, especially since we’ve had a lot of early season games against them….they don’t show up the way we do t show up against the Hawks lol…if they choose to play today, they’ll crush us…let’s see if both teams are playing hard, how the Pens will do bc they’re a much better team than us
