Thanks! Not enough Paradise material out there. He was tough and had a good career.

Did you know he has a brother called Dick Paradise? I don't know anything about him, but with a name like that, you gotta be tough.

Al Albert, Islander announcer if I remember correctly, pro-Paradise in what was a pretty even fight. Gillies was very young at the time.....just turned 21 days before.

In this clip - where Michael Landsberg ("Off The Record") is interviewing Clark Gillies - Gillies is asked: "Who is the toughest guy you ever fought?" He replied: "Bob Paradise. He beat the hell out of me." Go to 3:10 on the clip.
