I'm all for drafting Wright at 1st but one need to aknowledge that it's really close between the two. No matter who is 1st on Bob's list, it will probably be too close to even conclude the no.1 on Bob's list will be the Habs choice.

I'm all for drafting Wright at 1st but one need to aknowledge that it's really close between the two. No matter who is 1st on Bob's list, it will probably be too close to even conclude the no.1 on Bob's list will be the Habs choice.

I don't think he chooses the rankings; its based on how the scouts rate these players currently.

I get that he was young, and the league is different, more defensive....but 5 goals...come on man.
Meanwhile, Shane Wright comes back after missing a year due to pandemic, looks like he didn't miss a beat. Outscores his rookie year by almost 30pts, finishing with 94pts in 63gp.
But yes, sure....there's a ''real debate''....

Slaf's been a great interview throughout the combine. Clever and confident, but not obnoxious. Seems to have a great head on his shoulders.

The media is mostly all about taking Wright. It's NHL scouts polls that are heavily divided.
