Blues Winter Holidays Celebration

The wife and I (both in education) wanted to go to a weekday game on a promotional night this December. I was on the site and saw that an Avalanche game had a Winter Holidays Celebration night on a Tuesday, but it did not give an explanation of what that is. Any clues to what that entails?
