My favorite post of the offseason was one Avs fan saying that Stastny hated the Blues because he apparently played "angry" when the Avalanche faced us and therefore there was no way he'd sign here.

I think he wanted to come here all along.

Then there's Paajarvi and Berglund...Berglund makes almost $4 mil now...my bet is he's on the move.

The changes to our center depth is just amazing...we went from Backes - Sobotka - Berglund - Lapierre to Stastny - Backes - Lehtera - Lapierre with Sobotka/Berglund as extra centers...unbelievable.

We had no center depth 5 days ago. Since then we've drafted 2 and signed 2. Army must be a lurker here.

As a longtime Blues fan, anyone else now waiting for news of Stastny breaking an ankle on a shopping cart while grocery shopping or sneezing and tearing his ab muscles. Now that I'm done celebrating, I can't help but start looking for the boot aimed square at my balls.
