For no AHL affiliation we sure have a lot of depth guys

Vegas have about half-a-dozen forward prospects and they only have 11 guys signed in the NHL, so the Wolves aren't exactly loaded as we speak.
You forget that Chicago likes to sign their own guys too?
Does this mean he is UFA at the end of the season, like Paajarvi?

Thanks, both! Was being lazy. I'm glad he's still locked in. I was just thinking it would be silly to trade for him and sign him/lose him. I guess this is a "show me"contract. Not that many.
As Dizee said, he is a RFA. Won't be a UFA until 2021.
Army seemed to pencil Sundqvist in as 3rd line C in his chat with Strick earlier today.
I don't understand why Sobotka isn't the automatic choice for that line, unless they have him in the top 6 (ugh)... by far our best faceoff guy, defensively responsible, and solid playmaker. I wouldn't put him on the wing.
Oh ok, that's surprising but then that makes more sense.I forgot where i read it today, but its at the request of Sobokta. He didnt feel as comfortable at center coming back from the KHL. We literally have 1 unquestioned center in Stastny. 2 and 3 have an open competition between Sanford, Scheen, Fabbri, Barbashev, and Sundqvist. 4c might not be locked down by Brodziak either.....he was struggling down the stretch
You forgot Fabbri.....lol
That's right! They should open it up for fans to try out for center too.
We all saw Pierre Turgeon during the alumni game, I bet he's still better than half the guys on the list
