Good vet signing for the rotation. You could tell they missed Dickey in the bullpen this year (leadership wise).

Glad that this will push Biagini back to the bullpen. Stroman - Sanchez - Estrada - Happ - Garcia can be a pretty good and cost effective rotation if they can avoid injury and pitch to their potential.

This is a low risk signing with some upside. If it works out, they'll get him for another year. If not, they could just pay him the $2M buyout.
