Good for them, he didn't get a no trade clause. Could get ugly though. I think he's a diminishing player, who is oft-injured. Would like to see him be his old dominant self again.
I think Griffin's best days are behind him solely due to his body not being reliable. I see why the Clippers would want to retain him but I think the better course of action would have been to let him walk and trade DeAndre Jordan
Yea until this afternoon when Curry signs his 5 year/201 super max.
They may have to change the "Allan Houston Rule" to the Blake Griffin Rule by the time his contract his done. But they pretty much had to keep him after losing CP3.
They also made a timeline of everything good that's happened during his time with them, which really isn;t much aside from a bunch of wins and all-NBA teams.
