Some garbage players that are on expiring deals. If any of these teams want to add an extra year of Smith to their books, I'd make the trade in a heartbeat and send the incoming player to Rockford.

I didn’t bother to consider him because there is no way they move him.

Smith’s the kind of player that fits well on a team that is “rebuilding.”

Certainly do not want them to pay anything to trade him. He could fill a role on this team protecting the young guys and what not. Maybe he lucks into some goals and they can move him for a 7th in the offseason.
