Vosters has a good voice but some lizard brain gatekeeping bullshit has me actively not wanting to like him. Guy got the job knowing next to nothing about the sport. Hate it.

Wiedeman really should be on television somewhere. They turned a very easy job search into the mixed trash bag we're trying again this year.

I can only guess that they wanted to go with a younger guy who can be the voice of the broadcasts for the next 30+ years.

Wideman is great and would have been an excellent choice but he's almost the same age as Foley.

Murray is doing both. When he's on TV, Chelios will do radio. When he's on radio, Sharpie will take over the TV duties.

Pre and Postgame shows aren't appealing to me now very much anyway. They were fun and insightful when i was younger but now i'd rather talk with you guys on HF

Cohen's studio analysis is simplistic and obvious...nothing astute fans coukd notcdiscern themselves...so a kind of redundant voice..andvit irks fans to be told what they already know...Nothing he adds to tge knowledge value proposition...Should have canned him and used Cayley Chelios in his role instead of giving her the pretty female set up host roke to lead questions to Cohen whose obvious statements add no value anyway... Her own ability for inciteful commentary will thus be wasted...

Reserving Judgement on Sharpie's value added....onecthingvtobanLyze in between period and completely different to do it on the fly working in tandem with a pjay by playv announcer...Has to be seen IF it works out well or not between he and Vosters...

Tgecin between periods panel used by TSN in Canada during tge Hlinka Gretzky and the Workld Juniors U-20 featured 2 former Team Canada Women hockey players.. Tessa Bonnhome was kead studio host before,in between periods and after ther game ...Cheryl Pounder was rekiedvon for astute analysis s.. Tgeycwere both so knowledgeable.. sheer greatness.

Yes theycalso brought in Craig Button and Bob Mckenzie for tgeir takes...but the best analyst was Poubder.. so much incite into explaining tge action that took place.

If the Hawks want greatness,in the future ,steal Pounder from TSN...Cayke and her woukd be dynomitectogethervon the studio.. or shexwoukd be so much better than Murray or even Sharpie ...shechasxrsak talent for breaking down with and explaining plays that occurred...both the good andctge bad ...tgeir just isxan extra value-added... Colby Cohen is not in her league ecwith this ability.Fww ate.

You still need to fond those who arexwekk-spoken and can impart value-insights to audiences ..if they combine knowledge,specialninsights,and communication abilities,you hit the jackpot.

I do not think Colby Cohen combines these aspects well...Troy Murray does not either(analysis is average,communication is ok but kind of dul)l...Sharp communicates well but his anakysis is not special....I don't any of them is that "great" at the job..

But hey...expect 3-5 yearscofcsub-par hockey...so what does it realky matter...if you even want to pay any attention.
