Had a few questions about this so I'm going to clarify some thoughts:

The way that remaining UFA's will be signed is by posting this in this thread:

Once you fill in the required fields you can post it into this thread. Do not PM me, just post it. All other GM's will have six hours to top the offer given. If a GM raises the price of a player, the other GM's will have four hours to match the offer, then again to two hours, then it will stay at one hour. If you win a player, PM me showing proof that you followed directions (at what time did you post the offer). I will only respond if I feel like you made a mistake or did not follow my rules.

Putting a bid in at 4 in the morning is kind of a **** thing to do... I think we should have a rule where the clock doesn't run at certain times to prevent that. It's not fair to other GMs.

Agreed. Not many of us stay up most of the night for a GM game.

Most people during the week are up at 7:00 AM, so the clock should start then.

Not his fault for doing that. Those were the rules and he took advantage of them. Blame the rules (I don't like them either).

You've got the posts mixed up. The 6:08 post was for Ennis. I posted the Hornqvist offer at 1:10 AM your time and Peso didn't post his offer until 12:00 PM which is a span of more than 10 hours.

If I didn't put in my bid then, I might have missed out on the UFAs since I wouldn't be on again until now. I actually placed my bids at 11:10 PM and 11:36 PM PST (my time zone). I only placed one bid at 4 AM PST when Noah bid on my Ennis offer. However, I did have the intention of taking advantage of the rules. I figured that if I placed an offer at 2:10 AM EST, posters only had until 8:10 AM EST to outbid me.

I'm fine with changing the rules if you guys want, but this can work both ways. I missed out on a lot of UFAs in the initial bidding war because I usually don't wake up until around 5:30 PM EST.

If Ben is willing to change the rules and freeze the clock at certain times, I can cancel all my bids to make it fair for others since the majority of you guys probably run on a different time than me.

You will need to wait until 2:00 PM Sweden Time before you can make the bid. Bids cannot be placed from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM your time. You have until 6:59 PM to outbid my offers.

I think we should still allow bids during the frozen period, but it won't affect the clock. Bids placed from 12-8 should count as being made at 8:00.
