In these polls, I'm including only players who spent at least two seasons with a franchise on their all-time rosters.

For relocated franchises, I am including worthy players who played for the franchises prior to relocation(s).

Consider how good a player was when he played for the franchise whose roster he's included on. For example: If Fedorov is part of Team Columbus, don't think of him as the 1994 version of the player.

Carolina Hurricanes:

Blaine Stoughton - Ron Francis - Pat Verbeek
Jeff Skinner - Eric Staal - Ray Whitney
Erik Cole - Rod Brind'Amour - Kevin Dineen
Geoff Sanderson - Sebastian Aho - Sami Kapanen

Mark Howe - Brett Pesce
Jaccob Slavin - Paul Coffey
Chris Pronger - Dougie Hamilton
Cam Ward
Sean Burke

St. Louis Blues:

Brendan Shanahan - Adam Oates - Brett Hull
Keith Tkachuk - Pierre Turgeon - Vladimir Tarasenko
Ryan O'Reilly - Doug Gilmour - Pavol Demitra
Brian Sutter - Bernie Federko - Joe Mullen

Chris Pronger - Al MacInnis
Jeff Brown - Alex Pietrangelo
Steve Duchesne - Colton Parayko

Mike Liut
Jordan Binnington

Glenn Wesley seems missing from the Carolina D. Having Pronger/Hamilton as the third pairing feels like burying the lede.

Hartford Pronger wasn't Pronger in his prime. Shanny played one season and two games for the franchise. I guess technically that's more than one season... I can include him on their roster next time. I'll also include Wesley.

Yes and a small sample from Coffey at 35 then at ages 38 and 39 doesn't make him a top 6 Carolina Dman.

St Louis Pronger tips the scales as does the Blues forward group.

lol... do people read original posts before commenting?
Of course not, what a dumb question ;)

Glenn Hall should be in the convo for Blues goalie. First year with the Blues he won the Conn Smythe on the losing team. Second year, won the Vezina, selected to 1st team All Star, 8th in Hart voting.

Also, Bouwmeester really should be in over Brown or Duchesne. Brown/Duchesne put up more points, but Bouw was a much better all round player for the Blues in his prime IMO.

I think it’s probably STL regardless but the Carolina roster needs re-jigging. If we are using the 2 year rule then there are some fairly big names that could be on there.
