Im curious what you think has been the most impressive transaction this offseason that was more/less a quieter move....

I know there has been a lot of big names changing places/resigning but or me the fact that Dallas acquired Methot impressed the hell out of me... sure their fire power now is insane adding Radulov, but if Methot and Klingberg can now also click, this team will be extremely scary.

LOVE that trade to get Methot

what are some others that you feel has added that major missing piece

Sharp could turn out to be really good. He's 35, but if he can rekindle himself back with the Blackhawks, he could provide some real upside for a team that's looking to be paper-thin.

A top-4 defenseman in Scandella & Pominville for a dime a dozen 4th line winger and a broken 3rd line one-way winger.

Under the radar...

Pouliot ($1,150,000) on a 1 year and Josefson ($700,000) signed to play 4C then add the trades for Scandella and Beaulieu.

Sabre's added so much needed depth for Rochester as well.
